As a Wellness Advocate, qualified Trainer, Coach and Emeritus Director of the UK Health Coaches Association, I run a variety of programmes which have been developed from many years’ life experience, as well as professional skills and development. For example I’ve been through the Menopause myself which I navigated without medication, and recently my sleep went to pot and I have managed to improve it dramatically through natural and lifestyle changes. Finally I love essential oils, and for me they have been life changing. They help support my sleep, hormones, stress, anxiety, grief (my mum died recently), motivation, joy and much more to help me live life to the full and cope with life’s challenges.
